Network & Infrastructure Services That Keep Your Business Connected

Where Business Networks Usually Go Wrong
Recurring Connectivity Problems
Intermittent connections and unstable Wi-Fi interrupt calls, cloud applications, and file access throughout the day. Repeated workarounds consume time without correcting the underlying cause.
Unclear Network Ownership
When nobody is responsible for the full environment, providers can point at one another while the problem remains unresolved. Your team loses time coordinating vendors instead of running the business.
Security Blind Spots
Poorly managed firewalls, wireless access, and network settings can create avoidable exposure. Without consistent monitoring and review, suspicious activity or outdated configurations may go unnoticed.
Reactive Infrastructure Spending
Replacing equipment only after it fails can create urgent purchases and unexpected downtime. Without a clear plan, it is difficult to prioritize improvements or predict costs.
What Reliable Infrastructure Looks Like in Practice
Active Network Management
We monitor and maintain network components so emerging issues can be addressed before they become larger disruptions. Your environment receives ongoing attention instead of occasional fixes.
Practical Security Controls

Clear Technology Planning
We explain available options, expected tradeoffs, and likely costs without burying the decision in technical language. You remain in control because you understand the reasoning behind each recommendation.

Network & Infrastructure Services FAQs
What Do Your Network and Infrastructure Services Include?
Services can include network planning, monitoring, Wi-Fi management, firewall oversight, connectivity troubleshooting, equipment guidance, and infrastructure documentation. We look at how computers, cloud platforms, internet connections, and security controls work together. Recommendations are based on your current environment and business priorities.
How Much Do Network and Infrastructure Services Cost?
Cost depends on the number of users, locations, devices, and the condition of the existing network. Tarilon offers flat-rate monthly service packages with per-user and tiered options, but a review is needed before setting the appropriate scope. We explain what is included and why before asking you to make a decision.
Can You Support a Business with Both Mac and Windows Computers?
Yes, Tarilon supports mixed Apple and Windows environments. We are an Apple Technical Partner, and our credentials include Mosyle ACN Certified Admin. We can also support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and the network infrastructure connecting those platforms.
How Quickly Will Tarilon Respond When There Is a Network Problem?
Tarilon’s service standard is a response within four business hours. Those hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central, excluding holidays. The initial response starts the troubleshooting process and helps determine the urgency and next action.
What Happens Before You Take Over Our Network?
The process begins with a roughly 30-minute conversation about your environment, concerns, and goals. We will review the results together, ideally in your office, or on a video conference.
Are Network Management and Cybersecurity the Same Service?
They overlap, but they are not identical. Network management focuses on reliable connectivity, configuration, performance, and equipment, while cybersecurity addresses broader risks across users, devices, email, cloud platforms, and data. Tarilon considers both because dependable infrastructure should also support appropriate protection.
