Managed IT services can include help desk support, proactive system management, cybersecurity, cloud administration, backup oversight, and strategic planning. We support Windows and Mac environments as well as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Your proposal explains the recommended scope and its fixed monthly price.
Who Is a Good Fit for Managed IT Services?
Our best fit is a small business with 5 to 25 employees and no dedicated internal IT professional. We work with organizations that depend heavily on technology and want clear reasoning behind their IT spending. Tarilon has a five-seat minimum.
How Quickly Does Tarilon Respond to Support Requests?
Our service standard is to respond to a ticket or phone call within four business hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central, excluding holidays. Response means we acknowledge the request and begin determining the appropriate next step.
How Does the Onboarding Process Work?
We begin with a conversation about your environment, concerns, and priorities. An independent third party then performs a security assessment and We will review the results together, ideally in your office, or on a video conference.
